Feasibility, built in
The first phase of the package covers basic feasibility — format fit, active load, stability outlook and target-market positioning. There is no separate feasibility product to buy first.
First sample round
The package includes the first development sample round against the agreed direction, produced and shipped through the portal workflow.
R&D timelines are scoped in the package; production runs 5–12 weeks after formula sign-off.

- Whenever the formula itself changes: a different active stack, dosage, ingredient system, claim direction or a concept that is not in the catalogue. Flavour, colour and shape personalisation on an existing formula is Make it Yours — part of a normal order, not R&D.
- What do the packages cost?
- Custom Formula R&D is €5,000; Advanced R&D — for complex active stacks, novel matrices or claims-sensitive work — is €9,000. Both are exact package prices with 50/50 terms: half to start, half before final formula handoff. No development work starts before the deposit.
