Documentation is released by stage as your order progresses. These answers explain what you receive and when.
- What documents do I receive with my order? Your order comes with a standard document set — specification, technical data sheet, allergen statement and NRV declaration, plus conditionals.
- How to request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) Open your order, go to documents and request the COA — it is issued during the order review stage into your documents register.
- When do I get my product specification and label proofs? Your specification and label proofs arrive at the approve-specification-and-label stage of the order, before production begins.
