Primary, secondary and label options

PET bottles, doypacks and sachets

PET bottles are the standard primary pack — sealed, tamper-evident, with standard or child-resistant closures, and suited to most retail and e-commerce channels. Doypacks (stand-up pouches) are lighter and favoured for e-commerce and refill ranges. Sachets are unit-dose single servings and carry a separate feasibility review because their moisture and sealing parameters differ. The right primary pack depends on the format and the fill.

Cartons, displays and secondary packaging

A standard carton ships as part of the normal run. Bespoke secondary packaging — printed cartons, sleeves, retail counter displays, multi-packs — is reviewed per project because it adds artwork and, for displays, a tooling step. Case configuration and counts per case are confirmed against the primary pack on the quote, not fixed in advance.

Labels and artwork

Standard label stock and application ship with the run; bespoke finishes (foiling, textured stock, transparent labels) are reviewed per project. Label content — the panel, the ingredient list, the claims — is the brand owner's responsibility. Documentation reviewed against EU and UK food-supplement frameworks during the project, but the final artwork sign-off and market claims rest with the brand owner.
