How DAT Supply Works

DAT Supply is a private-label nutraceutical manufacturing platform for brands launching gummies, sachets, oral strips, patches, jelly sticks and pet soft chews — with samples, specs, documentation, production and delivery managed through one structured system. The brand owner remains the food business operator on pack.

One structured system

A platform, not a process you reassemble per email. Your account, brief, route, spec, samples, production and documents live in one workflow.

DAT Supply manages private-label supplement launches end to end — the brand owner stays on pack and in control of the brand.

The platform, step by step

From account to delivered batch

Six stages, all inside the DAT Supply portal — order-first, gated, and visible in one workspace.

  1. 01

    Create your account

Register for the DAT Supply portal and open your client workspace. No marketplace, no autoresponder — one place for your whole project.

  2. 02

    Brief your order

Complete your company profile and brief the order: target market, format, quantity and claims direction. The brief routes your project to the right working track.

  3. 03

    Confirm the route

White-label, semi-custom or custom — confirmed against the brief. White-label is the default; the other routes are there when the formula needs to flex.

  4. 04

    Lock the spec

A per-SKU specification and allergen statement are drafted and then locked, so production and documentation work from a single source of truth.

  5. 05

    Order samples

Confirm texture, finish and packaging with ready kits or development samples before committing to the full run.

  6. 06

    Production & release

Production runs through the controlled workflow. Batch-release documents and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis follow QC release.

The gated flow

Each gate opens once the last is reviewed

No stage runs ahead of its review — that is what keeps the project predictable.

  1. 01

    Brief review

Target market, format, quantity, claims direction.

  2. 02

    Route

White-label, semi-custom or custom — confirmed against the brief.

  3. 03

    Spec lock

Per-SKU specification + allergen statement drafted, then locked.

  4. 04

    Samples

Confirm format and finish before the full run.

  5. 05

    Artwork

Dieline + on-pack copy reviewed against the target-market framework.

  6. 06

    Production & release

Batch documents issued after production and QC release.

Routes & MOQ

Three routes, scaled by how bespoke the formula is

White-label orders start from 1,000 units, semi-custom from 2,500 units and custom development from 5,000 units. Final route, packaging configuration and minimum order quantity are confirmed against your brief inside the portal. Pricing and timelines are confirmed on the quote.

How it works — questions

Where does the project live?
Inside your DAT Supply client workspace in the portal. Account, brief, route, spec, samples, production and documents are all in one place — not spread across email.
Do I start with a quote or an order?
DAT Supply is order-first. You create an account, complete your company profile and brief the order; the brief routes to the right working track and the quote is confirmed from there.
When do I get documentation?
Documentation is released by stage — specification, label, packaging and batch documents each move through their own gate. The Certificate of Analysis is batch-specific and available on request after production.
How are claims reviewed for the EU and UK markets?
Claim wording reviewed against EU 1924/2006 and 432/2012 before production.
Project handoff

Start an order

Create your account, complete your company profile and brief your order inside the DAT Supply portal. The platform takes it from there — route, spec, samples, production and documentation by stage.

Quick context request

Get manufacturing context

Drop your work email and a member of the DAT team will follow up with the right context for this concept. Order documents, certificates and pricing are released through the client workspace in the DAT portal.

You will receive a short confirmation email. Order documents (specification, batch-specific COA, packaging documents) are released through the client workspace in the DAT portal once a brief is in place.
