Order Management on the DAT Supply Platform
Once an order is placed, it is managed through one client workspace: every stage gated, every document released by stage, and the whole project visible in one place — from brief to delivered batch. No marketplace, no autoresponder, no scattered email thread.

Order management is the part most manufacturers leave to email. On the DAT Supply platform it is a structured workspace — gated, documented and visible.
Specification, label, packaging and batch documents each move through their own gate, released to the brand owner by stage.
What you manage in the client workspace
The workspace is where the order lives — brief, route, spec, samples, documents and delivery, all in one structured place.
Order brief & route
The brief — target market, format, quantity, claims direction — and the confirmed working route (white-label, semi-custom or custom).
Specification & samples
The locked per-SKU specification and allergen statement, plus sample orders — ready kits or development samples — placed and paid for in the workspace.
Documents & delivery
Documentation released by stage and delivery coordinated from the same workspace, so nothing lives in a separate inbox.
How an order moves through the platform
Each gate opens once the previous stage is reviewed — that is what keeps the order predictable and the documents in order.
- 01
Brief reviewed
Target market, format, quantity and claims direction confirmed.
- 02
Spec locked
Per-SKU specification + allergen statement drafted, then locked.
- 03
Samples confirmed
Texture, finish and packaging confirmed before the full run.
- 04
Artwork reviewed
Dieline + on-pack copy reviewed against the target-market framework.
- 05
Production
Production runs through the controlled workflow with an agreed control plan.
- 06
Batch release & delivery
Batch documents issued after QC release; delivery coordinated from the workspace.
Documents released as the order moves
Specification, label, packaging and batch documents each appear at their stage. The Certificate of Analysis is batch-specific and available on request after production — not a standing public list.
On-pack copy is reviewed against the EU and UK frameworks — EU Regulation 1924/2006 claim wording and NRV-based labelling — before artwork is locked. The brand owner remains the food business operator and importer of record.

- How is claim wording handled for the EU and UK markets?
- Claim wording reviewed against EU 1924/2006 and 432/2012 before production.
