Documentation by stage
Specification, label, packaging and batch documents each move through their own gate, released to the brand owner by stage. The Certificate of Analysis is batch-specific and available on request.
For EU and UK brands, dose anchors and on-pack copy are reviewed against EU Regulation 1924/2006 and 432/2012, with NRV-based labelling and EFSA-aligned wording, before artwork is locked. EU repackaging, notification scope and export routing are confirmed inside the order. The brand owner remains the food business operator and importer of record.
