How to request a Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Open your order, go to documents and request the COA — it is issued during the order review stage into your documents register.

A Certificate of Analysis is requested from within your order and issued during order review.

  1. Open your order in the portal.
  2. Go to the documents area.
  3. Request the COA.
  4. Receive it in your documents register during order review.
