When do I get my product specification and label proofs?

Your specification and label proofs arrive at the approve-specification-and-label stage of the order, before production begins.

The product specification and label proofs are released at the approve-specification-and-label stage of your order — after order setup and before production begins. You review and approve them in the portal so production matches exactly what you signed off.
