How to check the status of an order in progress

Log in, open your orders, open the order to see its current stage, and open a support request from there if you need one.

Your order status lives in your client workspace and updates as production reaches each stage.

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Open your orders.
  3. Open the order.
  4. View its current stage.
  5. Open the support center against the order if you need help.
